Granville House B&B is a stunning tudor revival home. Recently built (1996) and newly renovated (2007). We offer beautiful fully appointed guest rooms to soothe the weary traveler and business client alike. The house is brilliantly constructed with radiant heat, concrete floors, air conditioning and fresh air exchange.
We’ve installed state of the art electronic door locks for our guests (no keys to lose), allowing guests to have access to the house and rooms 24/7 during their stay, codes change with every guest so security is ensured. The check in process is a breeze, done in advance which allows you to arrive at your leisure without a set time that can put a strain on your schedule. Since we allow such flexibility in the guest check in time we may not always be home to greet you, but we are available by telephone for any needs we can help you with! If you are arriving earlier do let us know ahead, we can either generate an early code or arrange someone to meet with you.
We’ve also designed the breakfast experience to allow you to maximize your schedule, with a buffet breakfast (with changing hot entree) available from 8:30am to 10:00am. We have individual guest dining tables, so guests can dine privately as they wish. Leaving early? Let us know the morning before and we can arrange continental items to be left out for you to enjoy in the morning before you depart.
The guest lounge has a fireplace, inviting you to relax in the custom furniture to sit in comfort while planning your day, or sitting back after a day spent sight seeing.
